Hi I’m Sara! I’m a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years and a mom of 2 young kids. I have experience helping people in and out of hospital settings reach their nutrition and health goals. I specialize in nutrition for busy lifestyles, families and for people going through surgery.
I am experienced in managing nutrition and wound healing, chronic illness, pediatrics and overall healthy eating while maintaining positive relationships with food.
Cooking, gardening and moving my body are some of my nutrition and lifestyle habits that connect me to my health and food.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or living with your chronic illness for many years, I can help. I use an evidence-based approach to provide you with up-to-date information on managing your health condition. We will work together on making small changes that turn into habits that lead to improvements in health and wellbeing.

Being a parent is a full-time job and working and creating homemade meals can be overwhelming. I help new and not-so-new parents navigate their busy lives to improve strength and energy levels. Find foods that the whole family can enjoy and be more confident with their body.
